The Entertainment Resources & Marketing Association was established in 1991 as an association of marketing, product placement, and brand integration professionals.

The foundation of the branded entertainment business as we know it today was built by the core membership of ERMA, many of whom are widely regarded as the pioneers of product placement—the forerunners of branded entertainment and the leaders in the industry.

ERMA’s membership is comprised of product placement and entertainment marketing agencies, corporations, production companies, as well as studio and network executives.

As the preeminent voice of product placement and branded integration, ERMA provides continuing education, networking, informational resources, and a code of ethics for its members.
